Strengthening the European Market Position

MIDES Becomes Part of the Medisolve Group and Lays the Groundwork for the Next Phase of Growth

Graz/Frankfurt am Main, September 22, 2026 – Following many years of successful collaboration, during which MIDES evolved from a provider of medical ultrasound to the leading European service platform for medical technology, ALLISTRO, Frankfurt, is selling its stake in Graz-based MIDES Healthcare Technology to the Medisolve Group, Milan.

MIDES Healthcare Technology is a specialized, manufacturer-independent medtech service provider with particular expertise in the repair and refurbishment of medical devices, especially ultrasound and endoscopy equipment.

The Medisolve Group is a specialized European service provider in the field of biomedical technology. For over 30 years, it has supported hospitals, private clinics, laboratories, and medical technology manufacturers with the maintenance, repair, and integrated management of medical devices.

With its new owner, MIDES can continue its successful growth, tap into new growth opportunities, and further expand its leading European position in the medtech sector.

“In our search for the right buyer, we deliberately focused on finding the partner that best aligns with MIDES in terms of both business and strategy and that will enable the next stage of growth,” says Rainer Wochele, Investment Director at ALLISTRO.

“We are pleased to have found a buyer in the Medisolve Group that will allow MIDES to contribute its expertise within the group and continue to advance technologically. This will strengthen the Graz location and lay the foundation for further growth,” emphasizes Dr. Dirk Neukirchen of ALLISTRO.
